Alecto Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent organization in the food waste Anaerobic Digestion industry. Our client is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their team.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Weekly Pay
• Holiday Allowance - 21 days, plus bank holidays, which increases with tenure at specified intervals.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Technician, your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Conducting regular maintenance and enhancements of plant machinery and electrical systems.
2. Engaging in the facility's electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance initiatives.
3. Executing scheduled electrical repairs and performing risk assessments.
4. Diagnosing and resolving electrical malfunctions.
5. Providing shift support and covering additional shifts as required.
6. Assisting with mechanical and operational duties when necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Experience in an Anaerobic Digestion facility or a related field.
• Completion of a recognized Electrical Apprenticeship.
• Extensive electrical expertise in a continuous process environment.
• Familiarity with general factory maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of basic PLC logic and inverter drives.
