About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Surveyor to join our Land Assembly team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of infrastructure projects in the Renewables, Utilities, and Transport sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects with guidance from senior colleagues, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.
  • Support the financial aspect of projects, reporting to directors on project completion and invoicing.
  • Contribute to team meetings, providing updates on resource requirements and project progress.
  • Participate in business development, inputting into tenders and representing the company at industry events.
  • Develop professional and commercial awareness, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Formal qualification to degree level accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good commercial acumen, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working in a surveying role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs) and Development Consent Orders (DCOs).
  • Ability to travel across England, with a willingness to work flexibly.
