About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Dext. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business goals with our innovative FinTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to drive customer adoption and retention;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement;
  • Provide exceptional customer support and education on our suite of products, ensuring customers maximize their value and achieve their business objectives;
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to develop and implement strategies to minimize churn and drive growth;
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs, provide guidance, and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes;
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, ensuring customers are aware of the full range of solutions available to them;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring our customers are aware of the latest developments and opportunities;
  • Contribute to the development of our customer success strategy, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, a strong understanding of the accounting and bookkeeping sector, and a desire to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the accounting and bookkeeping sector;
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer adoption and retention;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Strong understanding of the accounting and bookkeeping sector, including software and SaaS solutions;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions;
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
