Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior warehouse personnel to assess training requirements.
- Serve as a primary user for SAP and labeling systems.
- Ensure the safe disposal of hazardous materials.
- Supervise on-site warehouses and storage areas.
- Enhance safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Assist the Operations team in adhering to regulatory standards.
- Analyze incidents and near misses, applying Root Cause Analysis for corrective measures.
- Guarantee compliance with transport and ADR regulations.
- Develop and uphold standard operating procedures and risk assessments.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality policies and procedures.
- Ensure the proper operation of warehouse, loading, and canning machinery.
- Manage on-site third-party transport contractors.
- Lead the performance review process and track KPIs.
- Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all storage areas.
- Previous experience in Root Cause Analysis is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 or equivalent quality standards.
- NEBOSH certification is preferred.
- Proficient in IT, including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of dangerous goods and transport regulations.
- Strong skills in planning and prioritization.
