Roofing Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Manager to join our team at Fraser Edwards Recruitment Limited. As a Roofing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Refurbishment and Repairs team, ensuring the successful delivery of roofing projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of roofing professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure the successful completion of roofing projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that all expenses are within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and control projects.
- Knowledge of roofing industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
