Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and modify small power tools to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
- Utilize electrical diagnostics skills to identify and resolve issues with tools and equipment.
- Manage administration tasks and maintain accurate records of service and repair activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company and HSE regulations.
- Perform PAT testing and PDI inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an electrical/fitting background to develop their skills and career in a stable and supportive work environment. You will work alongside a team of experienced fitters who specialize in small tools, including generators, power tools, saws, and disc cutters.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a workshop or tool hire environment.
- Strong electrical and fitting skills, with knowledge of Makita, Stihl, Hilti, or Bosch equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
