Job Title: Mid-weight Medical Copywriter

McCann Health London is seeking a skilled Mid-weight Medical Copywriter to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare content team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality promotional healthcare content for our clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards of scientific integrity and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Medical Copywriter who can create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our clients' target audiences. Your expertise in medical writing, combined with your ability to analyze complex scientific information and communicate it effectively, will be essential in delivering high-quality content that meets our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing promotional copy for a range of healthcare products and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets client briefs and regulatory requirements
  • Providing scientific and medical expertise to support content development
  • Mentoring junior writers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Participating in new business pitches and contributing to the development of business growth strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in medical writing and content development
  • Strong understanding of scientific and medical concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using Veeva, FUSE, and Proof
