Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our cleaning operations team at our client's site in Wembley. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the train cleaning workforce, delegating duties in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the department runs smoothly, prioritizing to overcome day-to-day problems and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with your team regarding any feedback and ensure they are aware of any issues, working closely with site supervisors to build long-term improvements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete and submit timesheets, holiday, and sickness forms within given time scales.
  • Recruitment and Training: Complete recruitment for entry-level positions and identify any training needs for new starters and current staff, responsible for stock and equipment ordering.
  • Audits and Training: Conduct audits and provide training to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Housekeeping management experience within a hotel or similar environment is essential.
  • An exceptional eye for detail with the ability to prioritize well and keep the department running, ensuring SLAs are met and exceeded.
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and proactive in the reduction of onsite accidents.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and have strong management capability.
  • IT literate, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
