We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions in East Belfast. As a key member of our care home leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Nurse Manager in the overall management and leadership of our care home.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
- Assist the Nurse Manager in writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate.
- Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
- Must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse.
- 6+ months of Nursing experience.
- A Valid NMC Pin.
