Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our dedicated EHS site team at Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the management and implementation of all Environment, Health and Safety work streams, ensuring compliance to corporate standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain risk management processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, corporate standards, policies, and targets.
- Build robust annual EHS business plans to improve implementation of EHS Technical Pathways in the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS), including risk reduction.
- Continuously improve risk management performance.
- Own relationships with regulatory enforcing authorities and insurance companies in all matters relating to EHS.
- Drive compliance to the Kraft Heinz Corporate standards for facility security.
- Handle employer's liability claims to reduce exposure to loss.
- Benchmark the site's performance against other sites and industry, identifying areas for improvement and sharing best-in-class methodologies.
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing advantageous but we are open to a variety of sectors and backgrounds.
