Development Engineer RoleAs a Development Engineer at Convatec, you will play a vital role in the design and development of cutting-edge medical devices. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology while collaborating with a talented team of professionals.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop innovative medical device solutions
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify and resolve technical challenges through creative problem-solving
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including engineers, scientists, and regulatory specialists
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and partners
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
- Proven experience in the medical device industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
