Overview

Exciting opportunity for a seasoned software engineer with expertise in Python and Rust to join a prominent global high-frequency trading firm. This organization uniquely blends the dynamic atmosphere of a start-up with the reliability of a well-established entity.

As a key member of the core development team, you will engage with a sophisticated and varied technology stack, contributing to a range of infrastructure and applications developed in Python and Rust across diverse functional domains. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior engineers, fostering growth within the team for future expansion.

While experience in Rust is preferred, candidates with strong Python capabilities and a readiness to learn Rust on the job are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Python development
  • Prior experience in mentoring or technical leadership roles

  • Familiarity with relational or columnar databases

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Rust development
