About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Assistant to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Spa Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience in our spa facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and clean environment for our guests
- Engage with guests and exceed their expectations through excellent service
- Maintain the relaxing ambiance of the spa
- Perform lifeguard duties
- Contribute to the general maintenance and cleaning of the spa
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Current IWS/RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (training can be provided)
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues
- Ability to utilize excellent time management skills and use own initiative and teamwork
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a spa environment
- Pool plant operations experience
- A First Aid qualification
- Previous experience as a lifeguard
