About the Role

Cape Clarke is seeking a talented Defendant EL/PL Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Leeds. As a leading law firm, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client service and achieving outstanding results in personal injury and employer's liability law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, prepare and draft legal documents, and negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful resolution of cases, staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualified or Non-Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 1 year experience in Personal Injury Litigation, preferably in defendant EL/PL.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
