Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team on a bank basis. As a Care Professional, you will provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications, and accompanying clients to appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
