Role Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing an electrical team and reporting directly to the Hard Services Manager
  • Ensuring the electrical team executes maintenance and project work to the required standards
  • Prioritizing tasks and project schedules to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
  • Assisting the Hard Services Manager with project planning, focusing on safety, quality, scheduling, and cost management

Candidate Requirements:
  • Possession of City & Guilds / NVQ or HNC / HND in Electrical Engineering, including the 18th edition
  • Demonstrated experience as an electrical supervisor, preferably within the nuclear or heavy industrial sectors
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
  • Personal transportation is necessary due to site location
  • Willingness to undergo thorough security clearance, including a DBS check and regular drug and alcohol testing
  • Strong understanding and experience in maintaining high health and safety standards
