Position Overview

We are on the lookout for passionate, dedicated, and compassionate Educational Support Assistants to join our dynamic and committed team.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of School and will be responsible for facilitating daily activities with students in the classroom, ensuring that their unique needs are met. It is crucial that our vulnerable students are safeguarded at all times, and their welfare is prioritized to the highest standards.

We seek individuals who possess a solid understanding of Autism and sensory processing issues, demonstrating professionalism and the ability to foster effective relationships with children and young adults in sometimes challenging situations. The capability to collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to address the specific requirements of our students is essential. You should be proactive and eager to engage in a variety of specialized support tasks related to the education of students, as well as general responsibilities to assist in the smooth operation of our services. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Working Hours

This position requires a commitment of 37 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasionally, there may be a need to extend your hours until 5 PM on Wednesdays for internal training sessions.

Annual leave will be scheduled during school closure periods.
