We are currently seeking a Lead Manager for a new 5-bed residential home dedicated to children in the Thornton Heath area. We invite you to connect with us for a discussion about this opportunity.
Compensation is up to £60,000 annually, with potential bonuses of up to £6,000 based on regulatory assessments and capacity.
The Lead Manager will guide staff in fostering independence, promoting recreational activities both within the home and in the community, and advocating for the needs of the children.
