SPA EXPERIENCE
The Belfry Spa provides a tranquil retreat with 20 treatment rooms and cutting-edge facilities. Guests can unwind in the relaxation area and enjoy meticulous care at our mani-pedi station. Our signature 'fire and ice' experience offers revitalization through alternating hot and cold therapies. Our skilled therapists deliver tailored treatments, performing over 4000 sessions each month, ensuring an unforgettable experience with ESPA treatments.
Compensation
The expected earnings for this position range from £12.25 to £12.75 per hour, which includes a base hourly wage of £11.71 to £12.21, along with an estimated £0.54 in gratuities per hour, providing a competitive compensation package.
Role Overview
We are in search of Spa Practitioners who are available to work weekends and some weekday shifts. Our Spa team is a supportive group, dedicated to providing personalized treatments in a beautiful environment. We offer a variety of ESPA treatments to a diverse clientele, and our team takes pride in making each guest's experience memorable.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Spa Practitioner, although we are open to training newly qualified individuals. A minimum of NVQ Level 3 is required. All Spa Practitioners will receive essential ESPA training from our in-house trainer, as well as advanced training from our ESPA supplier.
