About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced lecturer to join our curriculum team at Blackburn College. As a lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, focusing on retention, achievement, and student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach on A Level provision and assume the role of personal tutor to a group of full-time students.
- Contribute to curriculum design, development, and delivery, ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered.
- Provide pastoral support and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess a UK Honours degree or UK ENIC recognised degree in a related discipline and a recognised teaching qualification. You should also have a track record of success in teaching examination-based subjects and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
