We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at The Lansdowne Club. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
• Ensure the bar is tidy, stocked, and equipped for smooth service
• Prepare all necessary mise en place in the bar
• Refresh knowledge of menus, wine lists, and vintages before each service
• Anticipate and meet the needs of our members and guests
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote our club's events
• Assist other sections of the bar when busy
• Prepare hot drinks and maintain a clean and organized bar area

• Good spoken English
• In-depth knowledge of serving standards and maintaining those standards
• Knowledge of bar cocktail lists, off-list cocktails, and menus
• Understanding of wines, grapes, and wine-growing regions
• Ability to deal with member requests in a professional manner
• Flexibility with shift patterns
