About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead our 40-bed care home in Felixstowe, Suffolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service that meets the needs of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the care home team to ensure the delivery of excellent care and services
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure the care home is run in a way that is economically viable and meets customer expectations
  • Lead audit and inspections to ensure excellent outcomes and compliance with CQC standards
  • Accountable for the success of the home through effective marketing, community engagement, and managing occupancy and recruitment levels

Requirements:
