Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Spa 23 Fitness and Lifestyle. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our patients, providing exceptional care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, interviews, and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent medical-surgical experience.
  • Advanced life support certification (ACLS) and basic life support certification (BCLS).
  • Leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Assessment and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Physical assessment course.
  • Palliative care experience.
  • Two years of recent medical-surgical experience.
