We are seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Assistant Manager to join our team at Artisan People Group. As a Fragrance Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our luxury retail environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Counter Manager in daily operations and ensure the counter meets sales goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing product information and assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain an organised store layout and oversee stock replenishment to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge and customer service standards to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Offer full support to the Counter Manager and contribute to the overall success of the team.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in fragrance sales and a passion for luxury retail. Strong organisational skills and excellent time management are essential for efficiently managing store operations and prioritising tasks.
