About the Role

RJ Talent Connect Limited is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our expanding sales and customer service teams. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in daily business meetings and training sessions to enhance your business acumen and skills.
  • Conduct residential business-to-consumer sales, interacting face-to-face with customers at their homes to promote business services and increase customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
  • Represent clients professionally, maintaining a positive business image and providing excellent customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for business interactions.
  • You must be self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset, ready to drive business success.
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 4 days per week, with availability from Monday to Sunday (no fixed rota).
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • No specific qualifications are required, just a passion for business.
