Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Manager

Clark Contracts Limited is seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for managing M&E service packages and ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage M&E service packages and ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure that M&E services are installed correctly and to the correct specification.
  • Monitor the progress of our subcontractors and encourage a close working relationship.
  • Provide programme and specialist information during the tender period.
  • Ensure that M&E services are being installed correctly and to the correct specification.
  • Effectively manage the test & commissioning stage of the project to ensure that we achieve a clean handover.
  • Ensure that O&M manuals handed over at completion are at an acceptable standard.
  • Manage the M&E contractor design portions with supply chain.
  • Be involved in the M&E Design & Build process.
Requirements:
  • Have Mechanical / Electrical construction industry experience at a supervisory / managerial level.
  • Hold a recognised mechanical and electrical qualification.
  • Have strong IT Skills including knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be adaptable to change within a fast-paced environment.
  • Have the ability to work both as part of a team and by using their own initiative.
