We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Maths Graduate to join our team as a Maths Academic Mentor in a successful, high-achieving secondary school in Barnet.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Maths Graduate to become a Maths Support Assistant, looking for a rewarding role after University, where you can give back to the community and help a new age of learners.
About YouWe are looking for a Maths Graduate with a First-Class degree in Mathematics from a top-20 University, who is passionate about helping students through mentoring and teaching. If you have child-facing experience/experience with behaviour management, it would be advantageous. You should be a role model for students wanting to go to Oxbridge and other top Universities, with a good work ethic and exemplary subject knowledge.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of up to £550 per week
- The opportunity to teach GCSE and A-Level students, with the chance to specialise in your subject
- Long-term work placement with teacher training as an option
- The chance to help students from disadvantaged backgrounds, and inspire all students to achieve the best grades
