About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team at Nationwide Platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of our powered access equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
  • Conduct fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of a range of powered access equipment within the depot and on customer sites.
  • Ensure the van is fully equipped with spare parts at all times.
  • Complete all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
  • Promote teamwork between colleagues across all depots to ensure delivery of an effective workshop performance.
Requirements
  • Relevant general maintenance qualification and proven experience gained within the plant rental sector.
  • Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
