About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and other complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Encourage individuals to participate in activities that promote socialisation, learning, and personal growth.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.47.
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
- Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
