Job Title: Chief Digital Officer - Product Visionary

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Digital Officer - Product Visionary to lead our product function and drive the development of our digital platform. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product vision, ensuring that our platform meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with our company's overall mission and goals.
  2. Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure that our product decisions are data-driven and customer-centric, identifying customer problems and developing solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with our CEO and other executives to define, clarify, and review key product objectives, ensuring that our product delivery team is aligned and working towards common goals.
  4. Team Development: Develop and lead a high-performing product delivery team, including product managers, designers, and engineers, through effective collaboration and agile development practices.
  5. Recruitment and Management: Hire, train, and manage product managers, engineers, and designers, including our existing high-performing team.
  6. Product Roadmap: Develop and prioritize our product roadmap, ensuring that our product meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  7. Business Problem-Solving: Help solve complex business problems, bringing people together and delivering user-friendly products that meet customer needs.
  8. Customer Research: Embed strong customer research practices within our product delivery teams, ensuring that our product meets the needs of our customers.
  9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our product meets key regulatory, compliance, data, and security requirements.
  10. Vendor Management: Select and manage third-party tools and vendors on which our product depends.
Requirements:
  1. Leadership Experience: Prior experience leading teams and developing high-performing teams.
  2. Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, comfortable presenting to the team and senior executives.
  3. Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical and technical skills in data collection and analysis.
  4. Product Development Experience: History of creating products with strong user experience and high-quality design.
