Job Description:
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Fraser's Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective store operations to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage store visual merchandising and display to create an engaging and attractive store environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
