About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, effective, and safe mental wellbeing services to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based intervention.
  • Deliver high-intensity CBT interventions to children and young people, managing your own caseload.
  • Liaise with relevant agencies and parties as required to ensure seamless care and support for clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client.
Requirements
  • Full BABCP accreditation.
  • Experience in a similar role providing high-intensity CBT interventions to children and young people.
  • 2+ years of experience in Children and Young People (CYP Mental Health) / CAMHS services.
  • IT skills, including proficiency using Microsoft Systems and electronic medical record systems.
  • Safeguarding and robust risk assessment experience with children and young people is essential.
  • Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops is preferred.
  • Right to work in the UK.
