Job Title: Construction Agent

We are seeking a skilled Construction Agent to join our Major Projects Nuclear department at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring project delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a significant section of the project, overseeing labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Performance and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote integrated working with other team members to create a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Take ownership of cost management, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs, and forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, including leading and managing technical teams.
  • Able to take the lead with client interfaces and establish project requirements.
  • Ability to drive the team to deliver outcomes in terms of quality, cost, and programme.
