We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
- Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
- Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor always.
- Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room.
- Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met.
- Qualified level 3 or above and at least 1 year experience of working in a Nursery.
