English ECT Role in Richmond

Ribbons & Reeves are proud to present an exciting opportunity for an English ECT to join a highly regarded Secondary School in Richmond. This is a permanent role starting in September 2024, offering a chance to work with a talented team of educators and make a lasting impact on the lives of students.

The Role:
  • Permanent English ECT position with a competitive Outer London Pay Scale
  • OFSTED rated 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Richmond, known for its exceptional GCSE and A-Level results
  • Highly experienced members of staff in place to mentor and support the ECT programme
Personal Specification:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Obtained at least a 2:1 English-related Degree from a UK Top 20 University
  • Recent observations demonstrate ability to 'Meet' or 'Exceed' the Teaching Standards
  • Confident with GCSE / A-Level English planning and teaching (English Literature and/or English Language)
