Regional Manager

A leading trade supplier of uPVC building materials with 70 branches/trade counters across the UK is seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee up to 20 branches within the South East region.
The ideal candidate will have management experience within the trade building plastics & windows/doors supply sector, with excellent communication skills and the ability to use Excel, Word, and other office applications daily.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily support to branches by phone, email, or visit.
- Conducting branch visits within the region.
- Recruiting and training branch staff.
- Ensuring branch health and safety standards are met.
- Monitoring branch stock levels and organizing stocktakes/audits.
- Authorizing holiday, uniform, and stationary orders.
- Providing branch management cover when required.
- Assisting with the opening of new branches within the South East region.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
