About Reformer LDN

We're a community-driven Pilates studio in East London, dedicated to empowering individuals through strength-based Pilates. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where people of all fitness levels can thrive.

Role Overview

We're seeking experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors who share our passion for strength-based Pilates and are committed to delivering engaging, challenging, and enjoyable sessions. As an instructor, you'll be responsible for teaching group classes, developing class plans, and fostering a positive community.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver dynamic group Reformer Pilates sessions that cater to diverse fitness levels
  • Develop and implement class plans that promote proper alignment and technique
  • Ensure the studio's equipment is safe and well-maintained
  • Contribute to a clean and organized studio environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our community
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience teaching group Reformer Pilates
  • Full Mat or Reformer Pilates certification preferred
  • Previous experience as a Personal Trainer is highly desirable
  • Energetic, positive, and motivational attitude towards teaching
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to work collaboratively
  • Availability to teach 3- or 4-hour class blocks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
