About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Marshall Harmony. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving cost savings and improving procurement processes across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for the company
- Oversee procurement activities across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including spend analysis and supplier performance
- Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
