About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Marshall Harmony. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving cost savings and improving procurement processes across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for the company
  • Oversee procurement activities across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including spend analysis and supplier performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the company's goals and objectives
