We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Health Specialist to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert care to patients with diabetes, including annual and interim reviews, telephone consultations, and face-to-face interactions.
- Collaborate with the diabetes team to discuss cases, share knowledge, and learn from each other.
- Work closely with the registered manager to ensure compliance with CQC outcomes and maintain high standards of care.
- Support the general practice team in meeting patient needs, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Contribute to the development of quality outcomes framework and cervical cytology programs.
- An annual salary of up to £48,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- One week's paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
