We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lettings Valuer to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Lettings Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and comprehensive property valuations for lettings, providing reliable market rental assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to determine rental value and provide expert advice to landlords on property value, market conditions, and rental strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and analyze data to inform valuations and client advice.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the lettings process.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to achieving lettings targets.
  • Assist in negotiating rental agreements, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property lettings valuations, preferably within the estate agency industry.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
