Job Title: Independent Living New Services Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Independent Living New Services Delivery Manager. As a key member of our supported housing team, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and mobilisation of new Independent Living services across our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing service delivery strategies to meet the needs of our customers
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including safeguarding adults and children
  • Managing and coordinating projects to deliver new services and improve existing ones

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Housing, Social Care or Project Management)
  • Proven project management skills and experience
  • Knowledge of Independent Living, including best practice and relevant legislation
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
