Key Responsibilities

  • Independently develop and enhance the food and beverage offerings while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
  • Manage efficient catering services across multiple venues and facilities.
  • Establish and uphold food and beverage standards, implementing action plans as necessary.
  • Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community to drive service improvements.

Primary Duties

  • Oversee the catering services at designated venues.
  • Enhance food and beverage offerings at cultural and community centers.
  • Manage inventory and stock control across all locations.
  • Negotiate with catering suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate staff training and development in food and beverage service.
  • Collaborate with venue managers to optimize catering and event services.

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record in establishing catering operations and implementing effective systems.
  • Extensive experience in food and beverage management.
  • Experience in training and developing staff for high-quality service delivery.
  • Background in providing catering services in diverse venues.
