Drive Innovation and Excellence as a Technical Product Owner at AQA

Imagine being part of a team that shapes the future of educational technology. As a Technical Product Owner at AQA, you'll leverage your technical expertise to drive innovation, balance complex needs, and define the technical roadmap for mission-critical assessment products.

This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of technical and DevOps knowledge to align customer and stakeholder needs with the architecture and operational requirements of cutting-edge products. You'll optimize work processes, prioritize product backlogs, and ensure that every release meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

As a key member of the software delivery team, you'll work closely with business analysts, developers, and testers to embody a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement. You'll drive agile practices and technical excellence across the board, defining and delivering technical and DevOps solutions that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical product ownership in agile and scaled agile delivery structures
  • Creating, driving, innovating, and assessing technical solutions across software technologies, processes, and platforms
  • Collaborating with development and operations teams to enhance deployment processes and ensure high availability and scalability
  • Leading groups to break down and resolve complex problems in time-pressured environments
  • Passion for continuous improvement to increase product quality, reliability, and dependability
