Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee the Release Management function, ensuring a streamlined process that guarantees uninterrupted service delivery and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with product and engineering teams to formulate detailed release strategies encompassing features, timelines, testing requirements, documentation, and other critical elements.
  • Overseeing the production release process, including risk assessment with a strong emphasis on performance and security.
  • Optimizing and supervising release workflows, checklists, and schedules from build to deployment, concentrating on achieving zero downtime and implementing automated processes.
  • Monitoring the advancement of release milestones and proactively identifying any issues or risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing software configurations and modifications throughout the release cycle, including feature toggles, database updates, and orchestrating service rollouts.
  • Conducting quality assurance evaluations and managing testing scope at various phases of the release process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Software Development and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in zero downtime release management and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Familiarity with release management, bug tracking, and automation tools.
  • Experience in automating release and deployment workflows.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles.
