Reliant Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a thriving manufacturing company in Peterborough to find a dedicated Part-Time Administrator.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the manufacturing team.
  • Handle incoming calls from both internal and external customers, resolving inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronically and in hard copy format.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has previous experience in an administrative role (preferred).
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Pays close attention to detail and has problem-solving abilities.
  • Can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Is reliable, punctual, and maintains a positive attitude.
