This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a minimum of a year of experience in marketing/office administration.
Role Overview:The Marketing Administrator will support the marketing team with various administrative tasks. This role focuses on office administration rather than driving sales through marketing strategies. The role is responsible for day-to-day website and marketing activities as well as ensuring the office is well stocked and organised. This includes Personal Assistant (PA) responsibilities for the Founders and Managing Director as well as customer services.
Key Responsibilities:- Make optimisations to the website to improve conversions based on data and feedback
- Work collaboratively to fix website issues and troubleshoot problems with developers
- Administer affiliates, contribute to strategic plans to grow the affiliate team, and organise events
- Draft mailouts and support the organisation and categorisation of mailing lists and reporting on activities
- Ensure content plans are followed and are well organised
- Support the sales team to meet ambitious goals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Office administration: order stationery and supplies, take meter readings, and perform ad hoc services to support the office working efficiently
- Administer monthly tests of products and the facility
- Research into procurement of ingredients, develop relationships with partners
- Act as a Personal Assistant for the Founders and Managing Director: book flights, arrange visas, book appointments, and organise diaries
- Support the needs of the team and promote a harmonious environment
- 1-2 years experience in marketing or sales activities
- Extremely well organised and efficient
- Able to juggle various activities and prioritise important jobs
- Enthusiastic and energetic
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
