Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial plans for clients, taking into account their goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
  2. Provide ongoing service and support to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of financial advice and guidance.
  3. Contribute to the success of the business by developing the existing client bank, gaining referrals, and strengthening client relationships.
  4. Maintain a high profile for the firm in the local business and professional sectors through networking and other activities.
  5. Ensure compliance with legislative, financial, procedural, and quality requirements.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a client-facing Wealth Management or Financial Planning role.
  2. Diploma qualified to Level 4 and ideally working towards Chartered status.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize workloads.
  4. Attention to detail and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm.
  5. Strong product, market, and technical knowledge, with IT literacy.
