Job Opportunity for Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading our expanding team and managing projects within the Education Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams working on Education sector projects
  • Develop and implement project strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect
  • 5 years minimum post-qualification UK experience
  • ARB registered (Desirable)
  • Full proficiency in REVIT (Essential)
  • Experience working in the Education Sector (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction working methods
  • Proven ability to manage teams and projects
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
