Your Responsibilities
- Maintain high operational standards by consistently meeting departmental targets for quality, efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department, identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective solutions.
- Resolve minor equipment malfunctions and carry out basic maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure daily targets are consistently met through diligent work and adherence to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with departmental protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to team reporting and decision-making processes.
- Uphold rigorous quality, hygiene, health, and safety standards within the department, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting open communication and strong working relationships among team members.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), to optimize operational efficiency.
- Perform voice picking operations for loose bottles, ensuring accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers.
- Load milk trolleys onto trailers using both mechanical and manual methods.
