About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resourcing Specialist to join our team at OCS Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent across various security contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their vacancy requirements and provide expert consultation on effective recruitment processes.
  • Provide resourcing advice and training to hiring managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn and job boards, and conduct CV shortlisting and distribution.
  • Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, offer management, and negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agency suppliers, ensuring clear guidance and processes are in place.
  • Support the design, implementation, and rollout of new recruitment systems, including Application Tracking Systems and Vendor Management Systems.
  • Drive culture change and change management initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage the talent pipeline, working closely with the Resourcing Manager to identify and develop internal and external talent.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in resourcing, ideally within security or a similar field.
  • Excellent knowledge of resourcing practices, including talent attraction, offer negotiation, and managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong networking and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and recruitment agency suppliers.
  • Ability to present information confidently and succinctly at various levels, both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of service delivery with internal and external customers.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of other internal IT systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines.
